KHCA は、Vintage、The Walk、One on 4th、Hayworth 背後の未払いブリッジ枠について、[Crew](/ja/companies/crew/）（当時 Versity Invest）、[Versity Investments](/ja/companies/versity-investments/）、[Wettengel](/ja/people/blake-wettengel/）、[Muro](/ja/people/tanya-muro/）、Nelson を訴えた。
第一次修正訴状（NYSCEF Doc 119）は、その 4 件の DST でシンジケーションを売り、枠を返さなかったと主張する。表は流用されたと主張する代金を $56,157,281 とする。主張される用途：Apex South Creek（KHCA は 2022 年 9 月 13 日に融資を断った）、Dana Point の土地、Anaheim のホテル、Versity への取得手数料、Capistrano の家。これらは主張である。Doc 49 は、KHCA が 8 件の Core Assets に融資し、4 件は返済されたと言う。未払いの 4 件が本頁に残る。
VIP Bonds 目論見書は 2022 年 4 月 12 日の第一次修正を Crayhill Credit Facility と呼ぶ。ニューヨーク原告は KHCA Funding LLC と Knights Hill Ireland II DAC。同一の添付である。
