投資家フォーラムの 2025 年 5 月 25 日 FBI 投稿 は Patrick と Blake を一緒に名指す——混同である。彼は 2020 年にオレンジ郡で Wettengel/Muro を訴えた。その事件はなお生きている。4th & J と Vintage は Brian の系統であり、Patrick のではない。
2025 年 12 月 24 日の Versity I 訴状は Brian Nelson v. Patrick Nelson、オレンジ郡 30-2021-01197655 を載せる。分裂は 2021 年 6 月 24 日 の判決で確認された。その訴状は本記録にない。

- 30 Nov 2020Nelson Partners Property Management, Inc. v. Blake William Wettengel filed in Orange County (Patrick’s company). Tanya Muro is later on the caption. Jury trial continued to 30 Nov 2026. A pre-Vintage OC suit BDs could have seen.
- 24 Jun 2021Judgment on arbitration award, Brian Nelson v. Patrick Nelson, Orange County 30-2021-01197655-CU-PA-CJC. Recited in the later Versity I complaint (ROA 2). Split of Nelson Brothers assets; Brian’s line became NB Private Capital → Versity Investments. Pleading not pulled.
