BrokerCheck as of 20 Aug 2026: 4 pending customer disputes (Oct 2025–Apr 2026). All WealthForge-era.
- Apr 2026 / FINRA 26-00476: $1 million alleged. Broker statement: 1031 into nine DST offerings / 53 underlying properties; more than a year later, a change in management at one sponsor; distributions reduced then suspended. His line: “The original management team in place at the time of the claimant’s investment has since been reinstated pursuant to court order and has resumed control of the property.” That is the Crew/Iorio → Nelson restoration, in his own words.
- Mar 2026: $150,000 alleged. 1031 in Q2 2022 across four DST offerings. His line: no realized principal loss; one property negotiating a sale.
- Mar 2026: $300,000 alleged. September 2023 24-month fixed-rate notes. His line: sponsor halted interest payments after more than a year, “violating the terms of its payment obligation”; resolution of the notes program “remains pending.”
- Oct 2025: 1031 into nine DSTs. Same sponsor-management-change story on three of the nine.
